Latest post Safari update system not restarting

I updated the latest safari update, then computer restarted since then my computer goes in to processing but then freezes, I have tried to restart multiple times but system freezes unable to open my profile, pls help

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015)

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. From what you describe, you are unable to boot your MacBook Pro after installing the safari Update. Let's go over some troubleshooting steps to get that sorted out.
